Ready-made reports, one click away.
The report library is a catalogue of weekly, monthly and daily business reports you can open or download without building anything. Search by name, star the ones you use, filter by category, and see only the reports set up for your brand.
Reports you can't see are never listed, and their links are blocked.
Recurring reports live in scattered spreadsheets.
Teams rebuild the same weekly and monthly packs by hand, keep them in personal folders, and send versions that no one can trace back to a source.
The same pack, rebuilt each period
Sales, ads and finance reports are assembled again and again from exports and formulas.
Hard to find the right one
Without one place to look, people ask in chat which file is current and where it lives.
Too many reports, most not yours
A long list of reports built for other businesses buries the few your team actually uses.
Inside the report library
The library is the Dashboards & Reports page, a single place to find a report, open it or download it.
Each tab describes one part of the library, with its parts numbered.
Category tabs, a search box and a starred section narrow the library to the reports you use.
Find the report you need
Category tabs, a search box and a starred section narrow the library to the reports you use.
- 01
Category tabs
All, Sales, Advertising, Finance, Inventory & Ops, Marketplace and Executive. A Starred tab appears once you have starred something.
- 02
Search reports
A search box that filters the library by report title as you type.
- 03
Starred reports
Starred cards are pinned in their own section. A star toggle sits on every card.
- 04
Library header
Shows how many reports match your filters out of the reports visible to you.
What the report library does
One catalogue of reports
Weekly, monthly and daily reports sit in one place instead of in shared folders.
Search by title
Type part of a report name and the list narrows right away.
Filter by category
Sales, Advertising, Finance, Inventory & Ops, Marketplace and Executive tabs keep the list short.
Star your regulars
Pin the reports you open every week. Stars are kept in your browser, so they are personal to you on that browser.
Reports shown per brand
Each brand sees the reports set up for it, and hidden reports are blocked even by direct link.
PDF, Excel and CSV
Download a report as a file, or open the live view. Excel and CSV are offered on the multi-format reports.
Customisable report pages
On most reports you can reorder or hide sections and choose table columns.
AI commentary where offered
Some reports include Ask Wingman, which writes a short read of a section on request.
Who uses it, and for what
Finance lead
Filters to Finance, opens the monthly report for the close and downloads it for the file.
Agency lead
Stars the reports used in weekly client reviews so they sit at the top each time the library opens.
Analyst
Searches for the weekly business review and opens it to prepare for a leadership meeting.
Team member without download access
Opens reports and reads them live, while the Download button stays hidden for their role.
What changes for your team
One place for recurring reports
Replaces ad hoc spreadsheets with a catalogue everyone on the brand opens the same way.
Only the reports that fit
Brand-level and role-level access means each person sees the reports built for their business.
From question to file in a click
Find a report, view it, and download it without rebuilding it.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- Data connected for the reports you want to run. Each report reads its own sources, such as sales, ads or finance data.
- Report access for your role. Sales and Advertising reports have their own report permissions.
- Download permission to export. Without it you can still view reports.
- Some reports are enabled per brand, so the list you see can differ from another brand's.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change anything on Amazon or other marketplaces. Reports read data and present it.
- There is no scheduling and no email delivery in the library. Reports are opened or downloaded on demand, and the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Hourly badges are labels only.
- Stars are stored in your browser, so they are not synced across devices or shared with teammates.
- Excel and CSV are offered only on reports that support them, and PDF can truncate very large tables.
