Ask your business a question. Get the answer, the chart and the next step.
AI Wingman is a conversational analyst for your commerce, advertising, search and stock data. Common questions are answered instantly from the same live numbers as your dashboards. Everything else goes to an analytics agent that queries your data and shows its working as it goes.
Read-only analytics on your data. Wingman answers questions; it does not change your listings or your ads.
Every question costs a dashboard hunt or a favour.
Someone wants to know why ad sales moved, which products might run out, or whether a product can be bought. The answer is in your data, but getting it means opening several pages, exporting a table, or waiting for an analyst.
Too many clicks to one number
A simple question can mean opening three pages, applying filters on each and putting the results side by side.
Ad hoc questions wait on a person
Anything outside the standard reports goes to whoever knows the data best, and it joins the back of their queue.
Answers get retyped into decks and emails
Even once you have the answer, you still copy it into a document or a meeting deck by hand.
Inside AI Wingman
From the first question to a shareable answer, each part of the page is built for one job.
Each tab describes one part of the page, with its elements numbered.
The page opens with a greeting, a hint on what to ask, and ready-made starting points so you never face a blank box.

What AI Wingman does
Instant answers from your dashboards
Common questions about ad budget, spend, automations, top campaigns, what changed in your ad accounts, priorities, availability, content differences, cases, fast-growing search terms and stock risk are answered from live dashboard data.
Deeper analysis from your data
Questions that need a specific date, a comparison or a custom cut go to an analytics agent that queries your data warehouse, such as ACOS by campaign or which products lost the most revenue.
Routing that does not guess
Wingman matches your question to a dashboard skill by keywords. If two skills tie, or you pick dates or a comparison by hand, the question goes to the agent instead of a guess.
Single-product answers
Name an ASIN and Wingman tells you whether it can be bought, its open issues, owner, linked case and stock cover. If the ASIN is not monitored, it says so.
Watch it work
Progress is shown as real steps from the agent, naming the sources it queries in plain words, so you can see how an answer was reached.
Charts, tables, copy and PDF
Get charts and sortable data tables, copy rich text into an email, or download a branded PDF for a meeting.
Keeps working while you browse
If you leave the Wingman page while an answer is being written, it keeps running and a notification tells you when it is ready. Past chats are in the History tab.
Ask Wingman from other pages
A floating Ask Wingman panel and Ask Wingman buttons on Leadership Hub and report pages let you ask about the page you are looking at.
Who uses it, and for what
Paid media manager
Asks which campaigns drove the change in ad sales over the last 4 weeks, reads the top movers, then taps Dig deeper to ask the agent about ACOS trends.
Account manager
Pastes an ASIN and asks why it is unavailable, and sees whether it can be bought, the open issues, the owner, the linked case and days of stock cover.
Founder or executive
Types / then Brief me to see open issues, revenue at risk, last 7 days of ad spend and ROAS against the prior period, and stock risk in one card.
Marketplace lead
Asks for last week's sales against the week before and last year, sets the response type to Overview and downloads the PDF for the team meeting.
Analyst
Picks a custom range, compares with the previous year, asks for ACOS by campaign, then switches to Data Only to take the raw table.
What changes for your team
Questions become self-serve
People get answers themselves instead of waiting for an analyst or building a report, with fewer clicks between a question and the answer.
Numbers that match the page
Dashboard answers use the same numbers as the pages they come from, so the answer in chat agrees with what you see on screen.
No retyping into decks and emails
Copy and PDF carry the chart, the table and the narrative straight into the place you need them.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- The AI Wingman permission for your user, and the new experience switched on for your brand for features such as Brief me, the slash menu and Compare with.
- Connected data sources. Dashboard answers and Brief me depend on the page behind each one, such as the Commerce Dashboard, Reporting & Analytics, Supply Chain or an Ad Studio connection.
- Your data in the warehouse for typed analysis. A brand with no campaign data there may not get an answer to a campaign question.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change anything. Wingman reads and analyses your data. Ad changes are made only in Ad Studio, when it is enabled and you approve them.
- Dashboard answers use fixed windows such as this month, last 30 days, last 4 weeks and last 7 days. For a specific period or comparison, the question goes to the agent.
- An answer that is still being written cannot resume after a hard refresh or a closed tab.
- Chat history is listed for the whole brand workspace, so past chats from teammates can appear in the list.
