Start every day knowing what broke, what it's tied to, and what to fix first.
Morning Pulse is the daily home page for your Amazon business. One screen shows what changed overnight, which products shoppers can't buy, how many issues need you and where to start. Behind it sits a work queue that ranks every issue by the weekly revenue on the affected products.
Checks run every hour. Built for brands selling on Amazon through Vendor Central or Seller Central.
Most Amazon problems are found late, by accident.
A product goes out of stock, a title gets rewritten, an image drifts from the approved one. Teams usually find out when sales dip, after checking several Seller Central reports, spreadsheets and inboxes.
Signals live in too many places
Inventory, listing content, availability and cases sit in different reports, so each morning starts with a hunt.
Nothing says what matters most
A long list of alerts has no order. The product that earns the most looks the same as the one that earns the least.
Fixes lose their owner
Issues get raised in chat, forgotten, and nobody can say whether they were fixed or just stopped being talked about.
Inside Morning Pulse and the work queue
Every number on the page links to the list behind it, with the filters already applied.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
A grid of tiles gives you the state of the account in under a minute, and a short "Start here" list tells you where to begin.

Brief and "Start here" list
A headline such as "N high-priority issues need attention", an Open My work button, and rows that each deep-link to the right page with filters applied.
- 02
Can't be bought
Counts monitored products shoppers cannot currently buy (distinct products, not issues), with how many are in your top 20. Click to open the catalog filtered to those products.
- 03
High priority
Open high-severity issues and the weekly revenue on the products they affect, so the size of the problem is visible at a glance.
- 04
Open issues by type
Expands into one bar per issue type, each clickable. It also lists checks that haven't run yet and what each one needs, such as a missing data source.
- 05
Open cases
How many cases are open and how many need a reply, linking to the Cases page.
- 06
Sales, last 14 days
Daily ordered (or shipped) revenue for 14 days, with yesterday compared to the 4-week daily average and today so far.
- 07
What changed
A newest-first feed of changes from the last 24 hours, tagged Availability, Content, Source of truth or Resolved. Each row opens the change with before and after detail.

- 09
Status chip and Run now
Shows when the checks last ran, how many ASINs are monitored and the sales cut-off date. A Run now button triggers a fresh check on demand.
- 10
Launches and brands needing attention

Hourly monitoring
Inventory, availability and live-page checks run every hour, so the brief is never more than about an hour old.
Revenue-ranked priorities
Issues are ranked by severity and by the weekly revenue on the products they affect, with default fix-by windows you can edit in Rules.
Every number is a doorway
Tiles, bars and feed rows open the exact list behind them, with filters already set.
Owners, due dates and history
Assign issues, set fix-by dates and keep a timeline of who did what and when.
Time-boxed work plans
Pick how much time you have today and get a realistic slice of the queue.
Known-issue muting
Hold back alerts for expected situations such as regional availability, with an audit trail and automatic clearing.
Who uses it, and for what
Amazon manager
Opens Morning Pulse first, checks which top-20 products can't be bought, and works the high-priority list top-down using a 45-minute slice.
Brand manager
Filters the queue by owner, checks what is overdue and sees who is on what, without chasing people in chat.
Content and SEO lead
Reads the overnight What changed feed for title, bullet and image changes, and opens the highlighted diff against the approved version.
Founder or executive
Scans yesterday's revenue against the 4-week average and which brands carry the most revenue on products with open issues.
What changes for your team
One place to start
Replaces a morning of checking Seller Central reports, spreadsheets and email with a single screen and a clear first action.
Work in the right order
Severity and the weekly revenue on affected products put the costliest issues first.
Fixes that close themselves
Hourly re-checks confirm fixes on Amazon and reopen issues that come back, so nothing quietly regresses.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- An Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central connection for sales, inventory and availability.
- Your approved content file to measure content completeness, and a product-page scrape to measure compliance.
- A ship schedule upload if you want launch tracking. Without it, launches show an empty state.
- The Commerce Dashboard enabled for your brand, with the redesigned experience switched on for the tile layout.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change anything on Amazon. Actions record who is doing what inside Trivas. Marking an issue fixed or logging a case does not edit a listing or open a case in Seller or Vendor Central.
- It isn't real time. Checks run hourly, and data sources sync on their own schedule.
- Revenue figures show weekly revenue on the affected products. They are not a guarantee of recovered revenue.
- Some views, such as Ordered vs Shipped, apply to Vendor brands only.
