Your weekly business review deck, built from your live data.
Pick a template, set the period once and Deck Builder fills each slide from the same numbers as your Trivas pages, with a headline written from the data. Edit anything, present it live, then export to editable PowerPoint, PDF, Word or an image.
Decks save per brand and refresh with new data next week. Charts in PowerPoint stay editable.
Every review starts with export, paste and restyle.
Recurring reviews are rebuilt from scratch: numbers pulled from several reports, pasted into slides, reformatted, and out of date by the time the meeting starts.
The same deck, rebuilt every week
Hours go into copying charts and numbers that haven't changed in structure, only in values.
Numbers drift from the source
A pasted chart is a snapshot. It stops matching the dashboard the moment the data moves.
Charts without a headline
A slide of bars doesn't say what happened. Writing the takeaway for every slide takes more time than building it.
Inside Deck Builder
Decks store slides and settings, never the numbers, so a refresh always pulls the latest data.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.

What Deck Builder does
Same numbers as your pages
Slides call the same data as the matching Trivas report, so a deck and a dashboard agree.
Headlines written for you
Every data slide opens with a plain-English takeaway drawn from its numbers, which you can edit.
Refresh, don't rebuild
Next week, change the period or refresh, and the same deck fills with new data.
Editable PowerPoint
Exports are native PowerPoint with editable charts and text, not flattened pictures.
Custom slides without a BI tool
Build bubble, combo and ranked charts from 36 datasets in a few clicks.
Team or private
Save decks per brand, shared with the team or kept to yourself.
Who uses it, and for what
Agency account lead
Builds the weekly client update from the Client update template and exports it to PowerPoint.
Brand VP
Prepares the monthly review with year-over-year slides and presents it live from the page.
Marketing manager
Runs an advertising review with wasted-spend and top-term slides, refreshed each week.
Operations lead
Keeps a standing operations and supply deck covering open issues and buy box drops.
What changes for your team
Less rebuilding
The recurring export, paste and restyle routine becomes a template you refresh.
One version of the numbers
Decks stay consistent with the product's own pages, so meetings argue about decisions, not data.
Ready for any audience
Present live, send a PDF, hand over an editable PowerPoint or write it up as a Word report.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- Reporting access on your account and permission to use Deck Builder.
- Connected data for the slides you add. Slides for content, launches, cases and catalog need those Commerce modules enabled for the brand.
- Amazon data for most built-in slides, since the slide library is built around Amazon sales, advertising, search and supply chain.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't export directly to Google Slides. Download the PowerPoint file and import it into Google Slides.
- It doesn't store the numbers. Decks store slides and settings, and the data is fetched fresh each time.
- Decks hold up to 80 slides.
- It doesn't send decks on a schedule. You build, refresh and export when you need them.
