Growth work ranked by revenue, and every launch tracked through six gates.
Opportunities keeps growth work apart from fixes, so urgent issues never get buried, and ranks it by the weekly revenue behind it. New launches takes your Ship Schedule and shows every item launching in the next 60 days, the gate it is stuck at and what is still to do.
Built for brands selling on Amazon through Vendor Central or Seller Central.
Growth ideas get lost behind fixes, and launches slip without a clear reason.
When improvements and urgent problems share one list, the improvements wait. And when a launch slips, nobody can say which team owns the blocker.
Growth competes with fixes
Improvements sit in the same list as broken listings, so they rarely get picked up.
No view of what is worth doing
Without the revenue behind each type of work, it is hard to choose where the content team should start.
Launches slip quietly
Item data, content, assets, supply and Amazon setup are owned by different teams, so the blocker is found late.
Inside Opportunities and New launches
Opportunities is for growth work after a listing is healthy. New launches is for items on the way to going live.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
Three tiles, a ranked list by type and a table of products, with the effort on every row.

What Opportunities and New launches do
Growth kept apart from fixes
Opportunities live on their own page, so urgent issues in My work are never crowded out.
Ranked by revenue
Each opportunity type shows its count and the weekly revenue on those products, with the largest at stake highlighted.
Effort on every item
A Low, Medium or High chip helps you pick quick wins or plan bigger work.
Not measured yet
Shows which opportunity types still need a data source, and which source to connect next.
60-day launch pipeline
Every item with a target date in the next 60 days appears, driven by the Ship Schedule you upload in Data Trust.
Six-gate strip
See how many launches are stuck at Item data, Target date, Content, Assets, Supply and Amazon setup.
A named blocker per launch
Each blocked row says which gate is stopping it, so the right team can act.
Feeds the rest of Trivas
Launches appear in Morning Pulse once a Ship Schedule exists, and in Deck Builder presets for launches and growth work.
Who uses it, and for what
Growth lead
Takes the opportunity type with the largest weekly revenue at stake into quarterly planning and assigns it to the content team.
Brand manager
Filters to Low effort opportunities to build a quick-win sprint.
Launch manager
Opens New launches in the weekly meeting, reads the gate strip and sees how many launches are stuck at Content.
Supply planner
Spots a launch that is Blocked at Supply and pushes the purchase order so the gate can pass.
Brand team
Reviews the launches marked Ready for approval and signs them off.
What changes for your team
Growth work gets its own space
Separating ideas from fixes means urgent issues are not buried and growth work is not forgotten.
Choose work by what it is worth
Revenue and effort side by side make it easier to decide where to start.
One view of why launches slip
A single view shows where each launch is stuck and which team owns the blocker.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- An Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central connection, and the content source connected for opportunities to appear.
- A Ship Schedule uploaded in Data Trust for New launches. Without it, launch tracking does not start.
- The Commerce Dashboard enabled for your brand, with access for the person.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change anything on Amazon, create ASINs or approve launches. It shows where each launch stands, and the work is done in your own systems.
- Only launches with a target date in the next 60 days are shown.
- Opportunity types that need a source you have not connected stay under Not measured yet.
