Know your data is right before you act on it.
Data Trust checks every source feeding your dashboards, flags what is late, missing or unmapped, and lets you fix it in one place. Unknown or unavailable data never counts as healthy, so an empty chart always has an explanation.
Built for brands selling on Amazon through Vendor Central or Seller Central.
A dashboard that looks wrong usually has a data problem behind it.
A file did not arrive, a sync failed, or a new product does not join up across reports. The chart shows a gap, and the team spends the morning working out why.
Stale data hides in plain sight
Without a freshness check per source, old numbers look just like current ones.
Uploads go in unchecked
A file with blank columns or the wrong layout gets loaded, and the damage shows up days later.
Nobody knows who changed what
When a number moves, there is no trail of who uploaded, synced or mapped something.
Inside Data Trust
One page with tabs for sources, dashboards, coverage, mapping, runs and activity.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
A banner shows when the checks last ran, and the table shows every source with its latest data and whether it needs attention.
Sources: every feed, its freshness and its status
A banner shows when the checks last ran, and the table shows every source with its latest data and whether it needs attention.
- 01
Readiness banner
The last run, how many ASINs were checked, the next automatic run, and a note when older data is in use. Buttons: Run now, Open My work and Upload for late files.
- 02
Summary tiles
Sources in use, Healthy, Need attention (failing, late, unmapped or waiting on a file) and Oldest manual source.
- 03
Daily pulls, last 14 days
A chart of scheduled pulls, with a short list of the sources to fix first.
- 04
Drop zone
Drop CSV or XLSX files, several at once is fine. Each is matched to its source by name and columns.
- 05
Source table
Grouped by where data comes from, with connection, cadence, latest data, record counts, the last 14 runs and a status pill.
- 06
Sync and sync all
Check connected sources for new data now, or all at once, with a summary of what updated and what is waiting for review.
- 07
Source roles
Blocking sources define which ASINs are monitored, core sources fall back to the last good version if missing, and optional sources unlock extra fields.
What Data Trust does
Freshness per source
Each source shows when its latest data arrived and flags Late, Sync missed or No data yet instead of looking fine.
Upload with built-in checks
Choose, Check, Review, Done. Each file is validated before anything is used, with pass, warning and fail results and a preview of its rows.
Column mapping that is remembered
If required columns are missing you map them once and the mapping can be remembered for next time.
Versions and one-click rollback
Every upload is a version. Switch back to any previous file with Use this version, and the switch is logged.
Held for review
When a connector sync changes data materially, the current version stays in use until the new data is reviewed.
Dashboard health, with reasons
See which dashboards are working, limited or blocked and what feed is behind, instead of a silent blank chart.
A full activity trail
Uploads, syncs, mapping decisions and runs are recorded with the person and the time.
Who uses it, and for what
Operations lead
Drops the updated Ship Schedule on the page, reviews the validation, then maps the items without ASINs or marks them Not sold on Amazon. The monitored list updates on the next run.
E-commerce analyst
Asked why a chart is empty, opens the Dashboards tab, sees it is Limited with the feed that is behind and the dates that do work.
Data owner
Spots a content file with blank bullets, opens the source page and uses Use this version to return to the previous file.
Director
Filters the Activity log by person and action to see who uploaded the taxonomy and when.
New brand admin
With Amazon not yet connected, uploads content, taxonomy and the Ship Schedule first, and connects Seller Central or Vendor Central later.
What changes for your team
Decisions on data you can trust
Stale or missing sources are named, not hidden, so you know when a number can be relied on.
One place for the plumbing
Uploads, validation, mapping and syncs live together, with bulk decisions and remembered column mappings.
Reversible and accountable
Versions can be reinstated and every action carries a name and a timestamp.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- An Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central connection for sales, stock and the hourly checks. Files can be uploaded in the meantime.
- CSV or Excel files for the sources you upload, such as the Ship Schedule, content file and SKU taxonomy.
- A Ship Schedule if you want the monitored list to be final. Until then it is a provisional list.
- The Commerce Dashboard enabled for your brand and Data Trust page access for the person.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change anything on Amazon. It checks and manages the data that feeds your dashboards.
- It isn't real time. Checks run every hour, right after sources sync, and daily files have a due time shown in Central Time.
- Some sources show as Not connected or Coming soon for your brand and are left out of the in-use counts.
- It doesn't fix source data for you. It flags gaps and gives you the tools to upload, map and roll back.
