Never lose track of an Amazon case, or of what changed on your listings.
Log a case once, give it an owner and a follow-up date, and Trivas tells you when it is overdue, when Amazon needs a reply and when the live page proves it is fixed. Alongside it, the Changes tab shows what the hourly checks saw change, split into what moved on Amazon and what you fixed in your own data.
Built for brands selling on Amazon through Vendor Central or Seller Central.
Escalations to Amazon go quiet, and listing changes go unnoticed.
A case gets opened, a reply is requested, and then it sits in someone's inbox. Meanwhile a title is rewritten or a product drops out of the buy box and nobody can say when it happened or whose job it is.
Cases are forgotten
Amazon's own case tool has no owner and no follow-up date, so chasing depends on someone remembering.
Nobody can prove a fix
Amazon says it is fixed, but someone still has to open the live page to check, and closed problems can quietly return.
Changes have no explanation
When a listing changes it is hard to tell whether Amazon moved something or your own data changed, and whether it was expected.
Inside Cases and the Changes tab
Every case has an ID, an owner and a follow-up date, and every change shows its before and after.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
Four tiles show how the chase is going, and one line per case shows its status and when to follow up.
Cases: fixes that need Amazon, tracked until the live page confirms them

- 02
Follow up now
Cases whose follow-up date is today, plus those past it, split into overdue and due today.
- 03
Ready to close
Open cases whose issues the checks no longer see on Amazon, so you can close them, or reopen if the problem comes back.
- 04
Median time to fix

- 05
Views and filters
Needs attention, Open, Mine and All, with more views for Overdue, Follow up today, Not raised yet, Ready to close, Unassigned and Closed. Search by case ID, title, ASIN or owner.

Case title and ID such as OD-12, a Ready to close chip, the ASIN and channel, the owner, a status (Not raised yet, Needs your reply, Waiting on Amazon, Waiting on checks, Closed) and the follow-up date.
- 07
Issues created and resolved
A chart over the last 8 weeks showing created, resolved and reopened issues, plus how many were fixed on Amazon without a case.
What Cases and change tracking do
One owner per problem
Every case has an owner and a follow-up date, and the owner shows in My work while the case is open.
Follow-up that surfaces itself
Cases appear under Follow up today on their date and as overdue after it, so chasing does not depend on memory.
Closure backed by evidence
A case is marked Ready to close when the checks no longer see any of its issues, with the time it was confirmed.
Regression alerts
If a closed case's issue returns, the case is flagged as Issue came back and you can reopen it in one click.
Notes and full history
Notes, owner changes, follow-up changes and status moves are recorded with who and when.
Amazon change versus your data
The Changes tab separates what changed on the live listing from what you fixed in your own data, so the cause is clear.
Revert or accept
Turn an unwanted change into a pre-filled case in one click, or let a brand admin accept Amazon's value as the new truth.
Known-issue muting
Hold back alerts for expected situations such as a cost increase or regional availability, with who confirmed it, what clears it and automatic clearing. Anything new that breaks on the product still alerts.
Who uses it, and for what
Vendor or account manager
Logs a suppressed listing as a case, sets Vendor Central as the channel, assigns a coordinator and picks a follow-up date. On that day it is waiting in Follow up today.
Operations coordinator
Sees a case flip to Needs your reply, sends Amazon what they asked for and uses Log my reply to move it back to Waiting on Amazon.
Director or manager
Reads median time to fix and the share reopened after closing to judge how well Amazon escalations are going and who is chasing.
Content lead
Opens the Changes tab after Amazon rewrites a hero title, reads the highlighted word differences and the sales before versus since, then reverts through a pre-filled case.
Vendor manager
Pastes a list of ASINs as a known issue with the reason Cost increase, so their stock alerts stop cluttering the queue until Amazon orders them again.
What changes for your team
No case gets forgotten
Follow-ups, replies and owners are visible, so a quiet case shows up as overdue instead of disappearing.
Closure without re-checking by hand
The hourly checks tell you when a problem is gone, so nobody has to open live pages to confirm.
Clear cause for every change
Splitting Amazon changes from fixes in your own data, with before and after, ends the guesswork about what happened.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- An Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central connection so the hourly checks can see your issues.
- The Commerce Dashboard enabled for your brand, with the Cases page access granted to the person.
- The redesigned experience switched on for notes and the Changed on Amazon versus Fixed in our data split.
- Brand admin rights to accept a new source-of-truth value and to assign work to other people.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change anything on Amazon or file cases for you. A case in Trivas is a record, and the case itself is raised in Vendor Central or Seller Central.
- It isn't real time. The checks run every hour, so closure and change detection follow that cadence.
- Sales before versus since a change is a signal, not proof, because other things move sales too.
- Accepting a new source-of-truth value does not edit your content file, so update it there too.
