Know which listing problems cost you the most this week.
Trivas checks your Amazon content in three steps: is it complete in your source of truth, is it live on Amazon as written, and does it say what shoppers care about. A separate SEO page shows which shopper searches your copy is missing. Every gap and every drift is ranked by weekly revenue, so the biggest fix is always at the top.
Built for brands selling on Amazon through Vendor Central or Seller Central. Needs your approved content file as the source of truth.
Listings quietly drift, and nobody can say which fix matters most.
Titles get shortened, a bullet disappears, a hero image is swapped, and a keyword shoppers use never makes it into the copy. Teams find out when conversion dips, then argue over where to start.
Gaps are counted, not valued
A missing bullet on a top seller and a missing bullet on a slow mover look identical in a spreadsheet, so work gets done in SKU order instead of revenue order.
The live page stops matching the approved one
A reseller edit, a catalog glitch or a pack redesign changes what shoppers see. Without a daily comparison, the first sign is a drop in sales.
Copy ignores what shoppers say and search
Reviews praise one feature while the copy buries it, and search terms that convert well are missing from titles and bullets.
Inside Content and SEO
The Content page opens with three tiles that double as tabs. SEO has its own page. Each one ranks work by weekly impact and opens a drawer with the detail.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
Checks that every title, bullet, image and description your brand requires is filled in, and puts an estimated weekly value on each gap.
Completeness: gaps in your source of truth, ranked by weekly impact
Checks that every title, bullet, image and description your brand requires is filled in, and puts an estimated weekly value on each gap.
- 01
Four summary tiles
Weekly revenue at stake, Biggest single fix, Most valuable missing element and Completeness score, with a percentage meter that is green at 80% or higher, amber from 50 to 79 and red below 50.
- 02
Where to start
A table of gaps ranked by estimated impact per week. Search by product or ASIN, and filter by gap in Title, Bullets, Images, A+, Backend keywords or Description, by owner, by case and by priority.
- 03
Field chips
One chip per field: Title, Bullets, Images, A+, Video, Backend keywords and Description. Green is ok, amber is a gap, red is missing and gray is not tracked.
- 04
Product drawer
Lists each gap with what you have versus what is needed and the next step. Shows the title with a character count, numbered bullets that are flagged when short, and the source-of-truth and live images.
- 05
Fill gaps
Opens a SKU sheet with approved and live content side by side, length-versus-range bars, word diffs and Prev and Next SKU navigation. Log case or Open case sits next to it.
- 06
Requirements and lift assumptions
One row per element with its rule and a source chip: Benchmark, Your data or Edited. Brand admins can edit lifts and reset them to the benchmark.

What Content and SEO monitoring do
Everything ranked by weekly impact
Completeness gaps, drift and review themes are all sorted by the weekly revenue behind them, with the biggest single fix one click away.
Daily live-page comparison
A morning scrape of your Amazon pages is diffed against your approved content, title, five bullets and seven images, with colour-coded squares for every slot.
Image-by-image matching
Each live image is compared with the approved one in the same slot, including a Check: looks changed flag for new renders, crops, badges and pack designs.
Lift assumptions you control
Gap values start from category benchmarks and switch to your own data once enough products have it. Brand admins can override them and see the ranking reorder.
Spelling checks
Flags a word your brand writes once that is a letter off a word it writes often, so typos are caught before they ship. Spelling is not counted as a gap.
Review language tied to copy and ads
Connects review themes, search demand and ad spend in one place, with editable Content fix rules for lift, copy placement, wording and the ad step.
Search terms with clear flags
Indexes between 90% and 110% are treated as noise, so flags only appear for real gaps: add the term, fix conversion, or check price.
Launch readiness and opportunities
Upload a Ship Schedule and every launch in the next 60 days is tracked through six gates, one of which is Content. Opportunities keeps growth work apart from fixes.
Who uses it, and for what
Content lead
Opens Completeness for the Monday stand-up, sorts by Est. impact per week, takes the top products and assigns each to an owner. Downloads Gaps to fill for the copywriter.
Amazon operations
A reseller overwrote titles on several SKUs. Filters Compliance to Differs in Title, sorts by impact and resubmits the source of truth for the biggest ones.
Brand manager
A pack redesign went live and the new image is flagged To check. Opens Compare side by side and accepts the live image as the new source of truth.
SEO specialist
Clicks the missing-in-copy tile, sorts by purchases and adds the top terms that convert well to titles and bullets.
PPC manager
Sees ad spend on terms that name a theme shoppers criticise, and follows the Negate link into Automations.
What changes for your team
Revenue order, not SKU order
Content work is prioritised by weekly revenue rather than by how many SKUs have a gap.
Drift caught within a day
A shortened title, a dropped bullet or a swapped hero image shows up after the next morning scrape, ranked by dollar risk, with a reversible remedy.
Copy grounded in real queries
Copy decisions follow what shoppers search and say, and how each term converts against the category, instead of keyword lists.
Completeness you can audit
Every field is checked against your own requirements, so you can show what is complete and what is not, product by product.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- An Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central connection.
- Your approved content file as the source of truth, uploaded through Data Trust. Without it, Content shows a No source-of-truth content yet empty state.
- A morning scrape of your live Amazon pages for Compliance and Image match.
- Search Query Performance data by ASIN from Brand Analytics, plus your SKU taxonomy, for SEO.
- A Ship Schedule upload if you want launch tracking.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't change anything on Amazon. Accept live updates the source of truth inside Trivas only, and Resubmit marks the issue In progress while the actual resubmission is done in Amazon's own tools.
- Dollar figures are estimates driven by lift assumptions. They size the problem and are not a promise of recovered revenue.
- Backend keywords are not in the content file yet, so they do not count as coverage in SEO.
- A+ content is shown in Compliance but not counted as drift, because the source of truth does not say whether a product has A+. It appears as a Completeness gap instead.
- Video is shown as an improvement and is never counted as a gap.
