Know what to ship to FBA this week, and why you lost the buy box.
Trivas turns on-hand, reserved and inbound stock plus your run rate into a per-SKU shipment recommendation in cases. It shows weeks of supply with an estimated run-out date for every product, and it splits each buy box drop into a true stockout or a loss with stock on hand, with the estimated sales it cost.
The FBA snapshot refreshes every hour. Built for brands selling on Amazon through Seller Central, with a featured offer view for Vendor Central.
Stockouts are found after the sales are already gone.
Inventory sits in several Amazon reports, run rates differ by window, and a lost buy box rarely says whether stock or price was the cause. Planners rebuild the same spreadsheet every week.
Shipment size is guesswork
What to send depends on stock on hand and inbound, the run rate you choose, the days of cover you want and the case pack. It is easy to under-send or over-send.
Warning arrives too late
Without weeks of supply per product and an estimated run-out date, you learn about a stockout from the sales dip.
A lost buy box has no cause attached
Was it a true stockout, or did you hold stock while another seller or a price change took the offer? The fix is different, and so is the owner.
Inside FBA Replenishment, Stockouts and Buy box drops
Three connected views. A risky product on the weeks-of-supply table links straight to its replenishment plan.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
Works out what to send into FBA from inventory on hand and inbound against each SKU's run rate and target days of cover.
FBA Replenishment: what to send, by SKU

Run rate
What the supply chain views do
Per-SKU shipment recommendations
Recommended ship units come from target days times the daily run rate, less total stock, with cases rounded to your case pack.
Your choice of run rate
Switch between T7, T30, T60 and T90 to compare a surge-driven recommendation with a steadier one. Multi-channel orders count because they ship from FBA.
Targets set per SKU or per brand
A SKU's own target days and case pack win, and a blank uses the brand defaults. Changes save for everyone on the brand.
A shipment plan file
One click exports a CSV with Merchant SKU, FNSKU, ASIN, Product, Units, Units per box, Boxes, Days on hand now and Target days.
Weeks of supply and run-out dates
Weeks of supply is FBA on hand divided by average weekly units ordered, with an estimated run-out date for at-risk products and a with-inbound figure.
Buy box drops split by cause
Each drop is classified as Out of stock, Low stock or Stock on hand, and as chronic when a low buy box recurs on most days with traffic.
Estimated cost of each drop
Sales vs normal and Est. lost sales are measured against the 4 weeks before the drop. Without that history, Trivas says so rather than guess.
Seller and Vendor terms
Seller brands see sessions, FBA stock and buy box. Vendor brands see glance views, Amazon's on-hand stock and the featured offer, from lost featured offer data.
Who uses it, and for what
Supply chain planner
Clicks Needs replen, sets the run rate to T30 and exports the Shipment plan to build the next inbound shipment.
Inventory planner
Switches a seasonal item from T30 to T7 to see how much a recent surge changes the recommendation, and sets a longer target for a long-lead-time import.
Amazon operations
Sees FBA out of stock now, clicks through each product and uses Plan to open its shipment recommendation.
Brand or pricing owner
Opens the Chronic callout, finds products that lose the buy box most days despite stock on hand and checks for another seller or a price change.
Vendor Central account manager
Uses featured offer drops with in-stock dates and estimated cost to show Amazon Retail which items lost the featured offer.
What changes for your team
Shipments sized from the data
Run rate, target cover and case pack drive the quantity, so there is less under-sending and over-sending.
Early warning before a stockout
At-risk products surface with an estimated run-out date and a direct link to their plan.
The right fix for the right owner
Inventory-caused losses are separated from pricing or competition losses, so replenishment and pricing teams each get their own list.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- Amazon FBA inventory and FBA sales data. FBA Replenishment and Stockouts apply to brands with FBA data or a Seller Central connection.
- Buy box data for the drops view: the per-product Business Report for Seller brands, or Vendor Analytics for Vendor brands.
- At least 4 weeks of sales history before a drop to estimate what it cost, and under 28 days of history shows a warning.
- The supply chain feature enabled for your brand.
What it doesn't do
- It is planning only. It doesn't change anything on Amazon, and the Shipment plan is a file you take into your own shipment workflow.
- Lost sales are estimates against normal sales, not exact figures.
- Vendor-only brands don't get FBA Replenishment or weeks of supply. They get the featured offer drops view instead.
- Recommendations depend on the run rate and target days you choose. They are not a forecast.
