Connect your commerce stack from one page, and see what is connected at a glance.
The Integrations page is where you connect stores, marketplaces, ad platforms, analytics and email tools. Major platforms use sign-in on the platform's own page. Others use a guided manual setup. You can also upload mapping files that teach Trivas your own categories, channels and targets.
Which connectors are available for your brand depends on your account. Book a demo and we will confirm the list.
Data is only useful once it is flowing in.
Most brands sell and advertise across several platforms. Getting each one connected, and keeping track of which are, is often a project in itself.
Every platform connects differently
Some offer a sign-in flow, some need an API key, and some only let you add a user in a portal. Teams lose time working out which is which.
Sharing credentials feels risky
Passing keys around over email or chat is the part security-minded owners push back on, and rightly.
Your categories live in spreadsheets
Product categories, channel groupings and targets sit in files that no platform knows about, so reports do not match how you run the business.
Inside the Integrations page
One catalog covers connecting, checking status, reading the setup guide and disconnecting.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
A card for each integration, grouped by type, with your connection progress at the top.
Integrations: the catalog
A card for each integration, grouped by type, with your connection progress at the top.
- 01
Progress badge
Shows "N/M integrations connected" with a percent bar, so you can see how much of your stack is linked.
- 02
Tabs
ALL, then one tab per integration type such as Retailer, Ads, Campaign and Traffic, plus a Data Configuration tab.
- 03
Search
A "Search integrations..." box. A search that matches a Data Configuration card switches to that tab for you.
- 04
Integration cards
Logo, name, description and status: Connected with the list of stores or accounts, or Not Connected. Cards are paginated.
- 05
Connect button
Reads Connect, Connected or Coming soon, depending on whether the integration can be connected from the page.
- 06
Overflow menu
View Documentation opens the setup guide for that platform, and Uninstall disconnects it.
What Integrations does
Sign-in connections
For platforms that support it, you sign in on the platform's own page and approve access. No keys to copy and paste.
Choose which accounts to bring in
When a platform exposes several accounts or profiles, an account picker lets you select the ones you want.
Connection status at a glance
A progress badge, per-card status and the list of connected stores and accounts show what is linked and what is missing.
Guided manual setup
Where there is no sign-in flow, a step-by-step guide lists the scopes, the steps and what to send.
Scopes spelled out
Guides list the permissions Trivas asks for. The Shopify guide states that access is read-only and lists each scope.
CSV data configuration
Upload product categories, channel rules, campaign groups and annual targets, with a template and required-column checks.
Disconnect when you need to
Uninstall an integration from its card. The connection is revoked after you confirm.
Connect rights are controlled
Connecting needs the integrations connect permission, and disconnecting has its own check, so not everyone on the team can change connections.
Who uses it, and for what
Brand owner
Connects Shopify by entering the store URL and approving access on Shopify, then checks the progress badge to see what is still missing.
Performance marketer
Links Amazon Ads and picks which advertising profiles to import, then connects Meta Ads and Google Ads the same way.
Agency admin
Works through the catalog for each client brand, chasing the integrations that are still marked Not Connected.
Security-conscious owner
Reads the manual guide first, checks the scopes it asks for, and connects by hand or disconnects a retired account from the card.
Data or ops manager
Downloads the CSV template, uploads the product category file and an annual target file, and requests a custom data integration for anything else.
What changes for your team
Self-serve connection
Admins connect and disconnect sources themselves, without waiting for a services engagement.
No guessing what is connected
One page shows every integration, its status and its documentation, so gaps in your data are easy to spot.
Reports that match your business
Uploaded categories, channels and targets let dashboards roll up the way you think about the business.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- Admin access on the platform you are connecting, such as your store, marketplace or ad account.
- A Trivas user with permission to connect integrations for the brand.
- For Shopify sign-in, your store URL. For manual setups, the credentials listed in that platform's guide.
- For data configuration, a .csv file that matches the template's required columns.
What it doesn't do
- Connecting an integration only gives Trivas access to read the data. These pages do not change anything on Amazon or any other platform. Ad changes happen only in Ad Studio, where enabled.
- Not every platform has a sign-in flow. Some connect through a manual guide, and those take human setup rather than being instant.
- Some integrations show Coming soon, and not every connector in the catalog offers the same data or dashboards.
- Available connectors depend on your account. Ask us about a specific platform before you plan around it.
