From sign-up to a synced dashboard, in a short guided flow.
Create your account with Google or email, name your workspace, connect your store, optionally add ad accounts, and watch your data sync. When it is done you can invite your team and keep adding platforms, and if you manage several brands you can switch between them from the navigation rail.
No credit card is asked for at sign-up.
Getting started should not be a project.
Analytics tools often stall at the first step: accounts, access requests, connections and a blank dashboard that stays blank.
A blank dashboard on day one
If connecting data is unclear, people never reach the screens that make the product worth using.
Teammates get stuck outside
A second person from the same company often creates a duplicate account or waits on an email chain to be let in.
Unclear what access you are granting
Before connecting a store, owners want to know what Trivas can see and whether they can undo it.
Inside sign-in, onboarding and brand switching
One sign-in route drives eleven steps. You move through the ones that apply to you and can skip the connection steps.
Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.
Two ways in, a recovery path, and a request-access step for people whose company already has a workspace.
Sign in, sign up and joining a workspace
Two ways in, a recovery path, and a request-access step for people whose company already has a workspace.
- 01
Sign in
"Welcome back. See how your brand is selling today." with Continue with Google or email and password, and a Sign in to your dashboard button.
- 02
Create account
Google, or email with Work email, Full name, Password and Confirm Password. Email sign-up asks for a one-time code to confirm.
- 03
Forgot password
Four screens: enter your email, verify the code, set a new password, and a confirmation.
- 04
Company info
Company name, Company website and your team (Product, Data, CXO, Marketing or Sales). "This sets up your workspace. You can change it later."
- 05
Request access
If your email domain already belongs to a workspace, you are told your organisation already has an account and can request to join. Status shows Pending or Approved.
What onboarding and setup do
Google or email sign-up
Create an account with Google, or with email, password and a one-time code. Password recovery is built in.
Workspace setup
Name the company, add its website and pick your team. You can change these later.
Request access to an existing workspace
If your company already has an account, you request to join instead of starting a duplicate, and see whether it is pending or approved.
Guided source connection
Choose your platform from the live catalog, approve access, and skip any connection step you are not ready for.
A visible first sync
A progress screen shows your data being imported and your first dashboard being built.
Multi-brand switching
Search and switch between brands from the rail, which suits agencies and holding companies.
Invites with roles and overrides
Invite teammates, assign a role, and fine-tune permissions per person. Domain restrictions keep invites inside your company.
Add more later
Skip ads or extra platforms now and return to Integrations whenever you are ready.
Who uses it, and for what
Founder
Signs up with Google, names the workspace, connects Shopify and watches the first dashboard build.
Teammate with a company email
Signs up, lands on Request access because the company already has a workspace, and waits for the owner to approve.
Marketer
Skips the ad step at first, then connects Meta Ads and other platforms later from Integrations.
Agency lead
Switches between client brands from the rail, and invites a client analyst with a role that fits.
What changes for your team
A guided path to a first dashboard
Each step says what it is for, and the sync screen shows progress instead of leaving you waiting.
No duplicate accounts
Domain matching sends colleagues to request access to the existing workspace.
Access that fits each person
Roles, overrides and domain-restricted invites keep the right people in the right places.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- A Google account or a work email address to sign up.
- Admin access to the store or marketplace you want to connect first.
- Optional: admin access to your ad accounts, if you want ad reporting from the start.
- For inviting people, an Owner or Admin role in the workspace.
What it doesn't do
- Connecting a source gives Trivas read access to your store data. It does not edit your store or listings. Ad changes happen only in Ad Studio, where enabled and approved.
- Request access depends on your company already having a workspace. An owner or admin approves it.
- Sync speed depends on the platform and the size of your data. Larger accounts can take longer than the progress screen suggests.
- Brand switching and the navigation rail apply to the new experience, which is switched on per brand.
