See which products carry your year and how yesterday went.

Sales ranks every ASIN by year-to-date revenue into Top 100, 200 and 300 tiers, shows who climbed or dropped since last week, and reviews one day at a time, live or final. A third view joins sales to catalog health.

    Trivas · Sales
    The sales question

Totals hide the products that matter.

A revenue total says little about which products carry the year, which ones moved this week or whether yesterday's dip was one product or many.

    No clear priority list

Without a ranking, a product that earns a lot looks the same as one that earns very little.

    Yesterday is hard to read

Spotting a sharp drop, high returns or a shipping shortfall on one day means scanning rows of numbers.

Sales drops have no cause attached

A fall in revenue is a number until someone ties it to an out-of-stock or a listing issue on the same product.

    What you see

    Inside the Sales page

Three tabs share one measure switch and one source line, and any product opens into its ASIN 360.

Each tab describes one screen, with its parts numbered.

Year-to-date revenue ranks every product, with tiers, share and week-over-week movement.

    Weekly priority

Weekly priority: the ranking for the year

Year-to-date revenue ranks every product, with tiers, share and week-over-week movement.

    1. 01

      KPIs

Year-to-date revenue with units and products ranked, the other measure alongside it, Top 10 share with the Top 100 share, and Products without a name.

    2. 02

      Where YTD revenue sits

A stacked bar of revenue share by tier (Top 100, Top 200, Top 300, Ranked), with the Top 100 product count, return rate and unnamed products.

    3. 03

      Movers vs last week

Climbed, Entered Top 100 and Dropped a tier, plus products that fell out of the ranking. Each opens ASIN 360.

    4. 04

      Ranked products table

Views for Top 100, Top 200, Top 300 and All ranked, with search by title, ASIN or brand, a Brand filter and an Export to CSV.

    5. 05

      Columns

Product, Rank, week-over-week change, Tier, YTD revenue, Share, Units, Returns and Product tier. Every column sorts.

    6. 06

      Without a name filter

Shows products missing a name so they can be added to your SKU taxonomy.

    Capabilities

    What Sales does

    Priority tiers

Products are ranked by year-to-date revenue into Top 100, Top 200 and Top 300 tiers, with the share each tier carries.

    Week-over-week movers

See who climbed, who entered the Top 100 and who dropped a tier since last week.

    Ordered (POS) or Shipped

Switch between what customers ordered, live to the last hour, and what Amazon shipped, as final daily data about 3 days behind. The switch is for Vendor brands.

    Live day by hour

Watch today's orders by hour in Pacific time against the same hours yesterday.

    Daily signals

High returns, sharp falls, top products with no sales and ship gaps are listed for the day you pick.

    A clear flag rule

Flagged means high returns, a ship gap, or -40% or worse day over day on a Top 100 product.

    Sales next to catalog issues

Health overview marks the day an issue opened on a top-20 product, so a drop can be tied to a cause.

    Exports

Export the ranked table from Weekly priority and the day's list from Daily performance.

    Use cases

Who uses it, and for what

    Analyst preparing the weekly review

Opens Daily performance for the latest final day, reads the signals list and uses Export day to take the numbers into the deck.

    Category manager

Uses Weekly priority with Entered Top 100 and Dropped a tier to decide where to put merchandising effort this quarter.

    Vendor manager during a promotion

Follows today so far by hour in Pacific time against the same hours yesterday to see whether orders are keeping pace.

    Brand manager

Spots a drop in Health overview, clicks the product, sees the open issue in ASIN 360 and logs a case without leaving the panel.

    Data owner

Uses the Without a name filter to find top products missing from the SKU taxonomy and adds them.

    Impact

    What changes for your team

Focus on the products that carry the year

Tier and movers views put attention on the products that matter most.

    Numbers arrive worked out

Ranking, week-over-week change, margin and returns are calculated, and an export is one click away.

    Drops tied to issues

Sales and catalog issues appear on the same page, so a fall in revenue comes with a likely place to look.

    Good to know

What it needs, and what it doesn't do

    What it needs

    • An Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central connection with sales data. Without it the page asks you to connect Amazon in Integrations.
    • The Commerce Dashboard enabled for your brand and your user permission to see it.
    • A SKU taxonomy upload if you want product names and Product tier on the ranking.
    • Inventory and issue checks if you want the Health overview tab filled in.

    What it doesn't do

    • It doesn't change anything on Amazon. Sales reads your data, and logging a case records it inside Trivas.
    • Shipped data is final only and runs about 3 days behind. Live days show ordered figures, and shipped revenue, margin and returns read Pending final data until the day is finalised.
    • Seller Central brands have a single Ordered measure, so the Ordered or Shipped switch does not apply.
    • When inventory or issue data is missing, the Health overview tab says it needs a source instead of showing health.
