One dashboard for revenue and ad efficiency across every channel.
The Performance Hub shows sales and advertising together. Fifteen KPI cards, including net sales, MER and TACOS, sit above distribution tabs for sales, ad spend, campaigns, order value, returns and cancellations, plus a traffic funnel. Click any number for its trend and breakdown, then drill down to the product, campaign or source behind it.
Compare any period to the one before. Each person keeps their own KPI and section layout.
Sales and ad performance rarely sit on the same page.
Revenue lives in your marketplace and store reports. Spend and returns live in each ad console. Putting them side by side usually means exports and a spreadsheet that is out of date by the time it is shared.
Efficiency needs two data sets
To see whether ad spend is paying off, you need sales and spend together. Checking each platform separately hides the ratio that matters.
Everyone wants a different view
A founder wants eight numbers, a media buyer wants campaign tables. One fixed report serves neither.
A headline number has no story
Sales are down, but is it a channel, a category, a campaign or the checkout? Finding out means opening more reports.
Inside the Performance Hub
Filters at the top apply to every card and section below. Each tab describes one part of the page, with its elements numbered.
Tabs describe one part of the page each, with the parts numbered.
The top of the page is a grid of KPI cards, each compared to the period you choose. Click a card to open its trend and breakdown.
KPI Overview: fifteen cards, your way

- 01
Sales cards
Total Sales, Gross Sales, Orders, Units Sold, AOV and Net Sales.
- 02
Cancellation cards
Cancellation Rate and Total Cancellations. Colours are inverted, so an increase shows as bad.
- 03
Advertising cards
Ad Spend, ROAS, Ads Conversion, Ads Conversion Revenue and CPC.
- 04
MER
Marketing efficiency ratio: net sales divided by ad spend, shown as a multiple.
- 05
TACOS
Total advertising cost of sale, calculated from the Ad Spend and Total Sales cards so it always agrees with them. Lower is better.
- 06
KPI detail drawer
A trend chart, a breakdown table and previous and next buttons to move through the KPIs without closing it.
What the Performance Hub does
Efficiency, not just totals
MER, TACOS and ROAS sit beside net sales, so you read revenue and the cost of earning it together.
Compare to any prior period
Every card can be set against the previous period, month, quarter or year, or a custom range.
Every KPI opens up
Click a card for its trend chart and a breakdown table, then step to the next KPI from the same drawer.
Your own KPIs and section order
Choose which cards to show, drag them into order, hide sections you never use and save the result for your user and brand.
Funnel with drop-off
See where shoppers fall away between sessions and purchase, with the comparison period overlaid.
Channel, category and platform mix
Split sales by channel and category, and ad spend by platform, to see where money goes and what it returns.
Drill Down tables
Four views for sales, ads, email and traffic, with group by, filters, export and a day-by-day breakdown.
Permissions by section
Access is controlled section by section, so someone without access to ads does not see the ad KPI cards.
Who uses it, and for what
Founder or executive
Keeps a handful of KPI cards, with Net Sales, MER and TACOS on one row, and checks the last 7 days against the previous period.
Media buyer
Opens Ad Spend Distribution, reads the Adspend Split, then checks ad effectiveness by platform before moving budget.
Ecommerce manager
Reads the traffic funnel, spots the biggest drop-off between stages, and compares channel and category mix in Sales Distribution.
Operations lead
Checks cancellation rate and return reasons, in absolute terms and as a rate, to see what is driving refunds.
Analyst
Opens Drill Down, groups sales by product family, switches to Breakdown and exports the day-by-day table.
What changes for your team
One view instead of many consoles
Sales, ad spend, funnel and returns are read in one place instead of switching between marketplace and ad platforms.
Consistent definitions
TACOS is calculated from the same cards you see on the page, so the numbers agree with each other.
A page that fits the person
Each user keeps their own KPIs and section order, so a leader and an analyst can use the same page differently.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- A connected sales source, such as a store or marketplace, for the sales KPIs and distributions.
- A connected ad platform for the advertising cards. The ad tables cover Amazon Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads and Reddit Ads.
- Google Analytics 4 for the traffic funnel and the Traffic Performance view in Drill Down.
- A campaign tool such as Klaviyo for the Email Campaign Performance view.
- Permission for each section. Without it, that section and its KPI cards are hidden.
What it doesn't do
- It reads data and reports on it. It doesn't change anything on Amazon or in your ad accounts from these pages.
- Drill Down doesn't support comparison mode. Compare periods on the main Performance Hub page.
- Ad data is held at platform level, so some ad KPIs cannot be split by sales channel.
