The CEO and CMO dashboard, with the AI brief on top.
Leadership Hub gives executives one page with two views. The CEO view covers sales, channels, ads and retention. The CMO view covers channels, campaigns, the marketing funnel and paid versus organic website performance. One period switch compares the last complete week, month, quarter or year with the one before it.
Built on your connected sales, ads, web analytics and customer data. Which channels appear depends on the integrations your brand has connected.
Executives get numbers from five tools, and none of them line up.
Sales sit in one report, ad spend in another, traffic in a third. Before a Monday check-in or a board meeting, someone rebuilds the same comparison by hand, and the periods rarely match.
Periods that don't match
One report is month-to-date, another is last week, a third is a rolling window. Comparing them tells you very little.
Sales and marketing in separate worlds
The CEO wants GMV and cancellations. The CMO wants ROAS, CAC and the funnel. Each gets a different spreadsheet.
Numbers without the story
A KPI moves, and the follow-up questions start: which channel, which category, which campaign, which step of the funnel?
Inside the CEO and CMO views
A CEO / CMO switch, a WoW / MoM / QoQ / YoY period switch and a Customize KPIs button sit at the top. Two pills show the current and comparison dates.
Each tab describes one view, with its parts numbered.
Five sections read top to bottom: the AI brief, seven business KPIs, sales by channel and category, ads performance, and customer retention.

What Leadership Hub does
A view for each executive
The CEO view follows sales, channels, ads and retention. The CMO view follows ad efficiency, campaigns, the funnel and website performance.
Like-for-like comparisons
WoW, MoM, QoQ and YoY always compare the last complete period with the one before it, with both date ranges shown.
Clear KPI definitions
Blended AOV is gross sales divided by orders. ROAS is conversion value divided by spend. MER is net sales divided by ad spend. TACOS is ad spend divided by net sales.
Costs shown as costs
Cancellations, Discount Given, Cancellation Rate, CAC and TACOS are treated as metrics where up is bad, and are shown in warning colours when they rise.
A funnel across ads and web
Impressions and clicks come from your ad platforms. Sessions, Add to Cart, Checkout and Purchases come from Google Analytics. Each step is shown as a percentage of the previous one.
Drill into any number
Open a KPI for its daily trend and table, a campaign bar for the platform page, or a breakdown by channel, category, sub-category or product.
Totals that stay correct
Total rows for ratios such as ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate and Revenue per Visitor are recalculated from the underlying sums, never added up.
Ask Wingman from any section
A button on every section header opens the AI assistant with a prefilled question and the time period already included.
Who uses it, and for what
CEO or founder
Opens the CEO view on a Monday with WoW selected, reads the brief, then glances at GMV and Cancellation Rate against the week before.
CEO, quarterly review
Switches to QoQ and breaks revenue down by Category to see which categories drove the change.
CMO
Opens Channel Performance to see which channel's ROAS fell, then moves to Campaign Performance on the CAC view to find the campaign behind it.
Growth or performance marketer
Reads the Marketing Funnel to spot the largest drop-off, for example between Add to Cart and Checkout.
Ecommerce lead
Checks Repeat Purchase Rate against last period and uses the New vs Returning donut to see the customer mix.
What changes for your leadership team
One page for the review
Sales, ads, funnel and retention sit side by side against the previous comparable period, instead of in separate reports.
Everyone reads the same numbers
Fixed KPI definitions and complete-period comparisons mean the CEO and CMO are looking at the same facts.
From the number to the question
Drill into a KPI, a channel or a campaign, or ask Wingman about a section, without leaving the page.
What it needs, and what it doesn't do
What it needs
- Connected sales data for Business Pulse and Sales Channels, and ad platform data such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads for the ads and marketing sections.
- Google Analytics for Sessions, Add to Cart, Checkout and Purchases in the funnel and for website performance.
- Customer data from your store for the Customer Retention section.
- Section access granted to each team member, since each section has its own permission.
What it doesn't do
- It compares complete periods only. It does not show period-to-date figures.
- The Google Analytics half of the funnel is site-wide, so the ad platform dropdown cannot filter it.
- Which channels and platforms appear depends on the integrations your brand has connected.
- The AI executive brief appears only when a briefing exists for the period.
