This page is for existing customers only. If you're trying to figure out what Trivas actually does before committing to anything, you're in the wrong place, head to /trial instead and start there.
Once you're logged in, it doesn't matter whether you're checking Amazon numbers, pulling up Shopify performance, or reviewing Meta and Google ad spend. Same login, same dashboard, all your connected data sitting behind one set of credentials. You're not juggling separate logins per channel, which is more than we can say for cobbling together five different platform-native reports every Monday morning.
Getting in takes three steps, and none of them are complicated.
Step 1: Enter your work email and password on the login screen. Use whatever email your account was set up with, usually the one your admin used to invite you or the one you signed up with during onboarding.
Step 2: If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, you'll get prompted for a code. Enter it, move on.
Step 3: You land on the main dashboard. This is where everything connected shows up at once: Amazon, Shopify, Meta/Google ad performance, GA4 funnels, all pulled together instead of scattered across five browser tabs.
Sessions typically stay active for a while, so you won't be re-entering your password every single time you check a number. But if you've been away for an extended stretch, or you're logging in from a new device or browser, you'll need to re-authenticate. That's expected behavior, not a bug.
Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll get a reset link sent to your email, click it, set a new password, and log back in. Takes about two minutes if your inbox behaves.
Locked out is a different problem. Too many failed login attempts trips a temporary lock, usually clearing after a short wait. Don't keep hammering the login button during that window, it won't speed anything up.
If the reset email never shows up, check spam first. That's genuinely where it ends up most of the time. Second most common issue: you're trying to reset a personal email address when your account was actually set up under a work domain. Worth double-checking which one your team used during setup.
For anything weirder, like an expired reset link or a reset loop that won't break, the troubleshooting help center article walks through those edge cases in more detail.
Teams on higher-tier plans can turn on SSO, letting everyone log in through your existing identity provider instead of managing separate Trivas passwords. An admin sets this up on the account side, and once it's live, teammates just authenticate through your company's usual SSO flow.
Adding people doesn't require SSO though. Admins can invite teammates directly and assign role-based permissions: viewer for people who just need to see the numbers, editor for anyone actively building reports or adjusting dashboards, and admin for whoever's managing the account itself.
Seat management and billing live in one place, controlled by whoever holds admin or billing-admin access on your plan. If you're trying to figure out how many seats you have left or need to add more, that's a billing question, not a login one, and the billing and plans help doc covers it directly.
Most login issues aren't actually login issues. Here's what tends to come up.
"Account not found." Nine times out of ten, this is a typo, or someone's trying their personal Gmail instead of the work email the account was created under. Double-check both before assuming something's broken.
Blank dashboard after logging in. This one trips people up, but it's rarely a login problem. It's usually a data sync delay, especially right after connecting a new integration or during a scheduled refresh window. Give it a few minutes before panicking.
Browser session weirdness. Stuck loading screens, buttons that don't respond, login loops. Clear your cache or just try an incognito window before assuming it's on our end. Fixes it more often than you'd think.
If none of that resolves it, that's when it's worth escalating to support rather than continuing to troubleshoot solo. Most account-specific issues get resolved same-day.
Here's a habit worth building: check the AI Wingman insights panel first, before you go digging through raw numbers yourself. It surfaces daily anomalies, so you're not scanning ten charts looking for the one thing that moved. That's the whole point of having an insights layer instead of just another dashboard.
Don't save forecasting and simulation checks for month-end either. Reviewing them weekly means you catch trend shifts while there's still time to act, not after the quarter's basically over. The forecasting and simulation tools are built for that kind of ongoing check-in, not a once-a-month glance.
Set up dashboard alerts too. Fewer manual logins needed to catch a problem when the platform can just tell you something's off. Honestly, this is the shift that matters most: frequent, short logins where you check something specific beat one long monthly session trying to review everything at once. Shorter, more frequent visits mean you catch issues while they're still small.
If your Trivas.ai login issue isn't covered above, the help center has self-serve articles for most scenarios, from integration hiccups to permission errors.
For anything account-specific that documentation can't resolve, reach out directly through our contact form, or talk to a founder if it's a bigger structural question about your setup.
These issues are rare, and when they do come up, they're usually sorted the same day. In the meantime, if you haven't explored what's possible once you're logged in, it's worth spending a few minutes in /products/insights to see what the Wingman layer actually surfaces beyond the basic dashboard view.
