What Trivas Connects to (and Why It Matters)
Trivas pulls data straight from your storefronts, ad platforms, marketplaces, and ops tools into one Redshift-backed dashboard. No exporting CSVs from five different seller portals, no manual spreadsheet stitching at 11pm before a board meeting.
This is the whole point of the Trivas.ai integrations list: if you're selling on Shopify and Amazon while running Meta, Google, and TikTok ads, you shouldn't need five browser tabs open to know if you're actually profitable. Connect the accounts, and blended CAC, revenue, and margin show up in one view.
We keep adding to this list. It's a living reference, not a static page we wrote once and forgot about. If you don't see a platform you need, skip to the bottom, there's a request form for exactly that.
Ecommerce & Storefront Platforms
Shopify is the core connector for most brands on Trivas. It syncs order, revenue, and customer data, and works alongside our dedicated Shopify app for store-level setup. If you're running Trivas on Shopify specifically, install it from the Trivas AI listing on the Shopify App Store and check the Shopify integration guide for the setup walkthrough.
WooCommerce covers self-hosted stores, pulling order and product data the same way.
Here's why this section matters more than it looks: storefront data is the backbone dataset. Every other integration on this list, ad platforms, email tools, fulfillment services, gets joined against your actual Shopify or WooCommerce orders. That's how you get true ROAS and LTV instead of platform-reported numbers that don't match what actually got paid for.
Advertising Platform Integrations
Google Ads feeds in campaign spend, conversions, and channel-level ROAS.
Meta Ads does the same, but the useful part is what happens next: spend gets mapped against actual Shopify and Amazon orders, not just whatever Meta's own attribution model claims. Anyone who's compared Meta's reported conversions to their real order count knows why this matters.
TikTok and Reddit Ads round out the newer channels, with spend pulled into the same blended reporting view as the bigger platforms.
Amazon Ads ties sponsored product and sponsored brand spend directly to Amazon Seller Central sales data, so you can see true ACOS against real revenue instead of estimated attribution windows.
Marketplace Integrations (US & Global)
US sellers get coverage across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, eBay, Etsy, Home Depot, and Rakuten.
For brands selling internationally, we connect to Zalando, Allegro, Cdiscount, ManoMano, ePrice, Otto, and Kaufland.
If you sell on three or more marketplaces, you already know the pain: every one of them has its own seller portal, its own fee structure, its own payout schedule, its own definition of "return." Reconciling that by hand across regions eats a full day a month, easily. Multi-marketplace sellers use Trivas to pull fees, returns, and payouts into one dashboard, so you're not logging into seven different portals to figure out why last month's payout was lower than expected.
Analytics, Email, Payments & Fulfillment Tools
GA4 layers funnel and on-site behavior data on top of your ad and order data, so you can see where people drop off before they ever convert, not just whether they did.
Klaviyo and Mailchimp bring email and SMS revenue attribution into the same view as paid and organic, which matters because email revenue gets undercounted in most dashboards that only think in terms of ad clicks.
Stripe handles payment reconciliation for stores processing transactions outside their native platform checkout.
ShipStation and Easyship feed in fulfillment and shipping cost data, which is the piece most reporting tools skip entirely. Without it, your "margin" number is really just revenue minus COGS, which isn't margin at all once you factor in what it actually costs to get a box to a customer's door.
Akeneo syncs product information for catalog-level reporting accuracy, useful once your SKU count gets big enough that manual catalog matching becomes its own part-time job.
API Access & Custom Integrations
Not every team wants to live inside prebuilt dashboards. If you've already got a data warehouse or a custom BI stack, you can pull Trivas data via API instead of relying only on the connectors listed above.
Full endpoint references and authentication setup live in the developer docs. For teams whose integration needs don't fit neatly into a standard connector, whether that's a custom data pipeline or a bespoke reporting layer, our API and developer support team builds around that, and custom dashboard support covers the reporting side.
Don't See Your Platform? Here's What to Do
If the platform you need isn't on this list yet, submit it through the integration request form. Tell us what it is and what data you need out of it.
Worth being straight about how prioritization actually works: it's driven by request volume and technical feasibility, not a fixed roadmap with dates attached. A platform with an open, well-documented API and a lot of requests behind it moves faster than one with neither.
In the meantime, start a trial and test the integrations you already need. Most brands find their core stack (storefront, one or two ad platforms, an email tool) covered from day one, and can build out from there.
Bookmark this page, or check back next time you're evaluating a new channel. The Trivas.ai integrations list gets updated as we ship, and it's the fastest way to know if your stack is covered before you commit to anything.
