Why Ecommerce Teams Still Show Up to Events in 2026
Nobody flies to Barcelona or Amsterdam just to collect tote bags anymore. The founders and growth leads who still block out three days for a conference are doing it because the floor is faster than a Google search. You walk past twelve vendor booths and you've just benchmarked a quarter's worth of "what's everyone else doing" in an hour.
That's really what this /events page is for. We track the conferences that actually matter to Amazon sellers, Shopify brands, and retail media operators, and we show up to a few of them ourselves. Not every ecommerce event deserves your calendar space. These five do.
This page will keep growing through the year as more 2026 dates get locked in, so treat it as a working list, not a finished one.
Deliver Europe 2026: Logistics and Fulfillment for Scaling Brands
If your biggest headache isn't acquisition but actually getting product to the customer without losing margin on the way, this is the one to prioritize. Deliver Europe pulls in operations managers and founders who've outgrown a single 3PL and are now juggling multi-warehouse setups or cross-border shipping into the EU and UK.
The sessions tend to cluster around three things: last-mile delivery costs, returns handling (which is its own budget line once you're past a certain order volume), and carrier contract negotiation. It's less flashy than a marketing conference, more spreadsheet-brained, which is exactly the point if fulfillment is where your margin is leaking.
Shoptalk Europe 2026: Retail and DTC Strategy at Scale
Shoptalk Europe is the one where DTC founders end up in the same room as omnichannel retail execs, which makes for some useful cross-pollination. You'll see pureplay Shopify brands sitting next to people running digital for a 200-store chain, and both sides are usually wrestling with the same problem: CAC that won't come back down to 2021 levels.
Expect a heavy dose of AI-in-retail talk this year (that's not new, but it's less theoretical than it was two years ago), plus a lot of discussion on retail media networks and whether brands should be building their own or just paying into Amazon's and Walmart's. If you're a marketing leader trying to figure out where next year's ad budget actually goes, this is the conference built for that conversation.
In-Cosmetics Global 2026 and Multichannel Day: Vertical and Channel-Specific Picks
Not every brand needs a broad retail conference. Sometimes the useful event is the narrow one.
In-Cosmetics Global 2026 is built for beauty and personal care brands, and it's genuinely a different animal from the ecommerce-first events on this list. Ingredient trends, formulation science, regulatory shifts, that's the core program. But the brands that get the most out of it are the ones who pair that formulation knowledge with a DTC growth lens, because knowing what's coming in skincare ingredients six months before the rest of the market is a real competitive edge if your marketing team can move on it. Details are on the In-Cosmetics Global 2026 page.
Multichannel Day is the opposite kind of specialist event: it's entirely about channel diversification. If you're selling on Amazon and Shopify and thinking about adding Walmart, Target, or a European marketplace like Zalando or Allegro, this is where people are actually comparing notes on what that expansion costs operationally. Check the Multichannel Day event page for format and who typically attends.
Pick one or the other based on what's actually true about your business right now, not both because they're both on this list.
OMR Festival: Marketing and Growth Tech in One Place
OMR is bigger and broader than the other four. It's not an ecommerce conference so much as a marketing and growth tech festival that ecommerce happens to show up for in force.
The floor is dense with attribution and analytics vendors, which makes it genuinely useful if you're in the market for new reporting infrastructure and want to see five tools stacked next to each other instead of reading five sets of marketing copy. Performance marketers comparing attribution platforms get more signal here in a day than from weeks of vendor demos.
The attendee mix skews mid-market to enterprise. Smaller DTC teams can still get value out of it, but you'll see a lot more marketing directors from established ecommerce brands than scrappy two-person startups. Full details are on the OMR Festival event page.
How to Get the Most Out of These Events
Here's the mistake most people make: they show up with business cards and no questions. Flip that.
Walk in with your current reporting gaps written down. Maybe it's "I can't tell if my Meta spend is actually driving Amazon sales" or "my returns data lives in three different systems and none of them agree." Vendors on the floor are there to solve specific problems, and you'll get far more out of a 15-minute conversation if you arrive with the problem already defined.
Second thing: don't just wander the floor hoping for serendipity. Line up two or three specific vendor conversations ahead of time, book the meeting slots if the event allows it, and treat the rest of the floor time as a bonus. You'll leave with actual next steps instead of a bag full of pamphlets.
We attend select events on this list ourselves, and we're always open to sitting down with brands who are actively evaluating analytics tools, whether that's a quick gut check on your current stack or a deeper look at where Redshift-backed reporting might fit. No pitch deck required to start that conversation.
Keep This Page Bookmarked
This list isn't static. New 2026 dates get confirmed throughout the year, and we'll add them here as they land, along with any other ecommerce events worth your time.
If you'd rather not wait for a hallway conversation at one of these to get a straight answer about your reporting setup, you can talk to a founder directly. No demo pitch, just a real conversation about what's actually broken in your stack right now.
