Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This AUP establishes prohibited uses of the Services and supplements the MSPSA and Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Use that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
• Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, destructive code, or malicious payloads.
• Denial-of-service activity or abuse of infrastructure.
• Use intended to facilitate physical harm or other unlawful wrongdoing.
• Credential attacks, unauthorized scanning, or circumvention of authentication or rate limits.

3. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to extract model weights or confidential security mechanisms.
• Using AI features to automate unlawful discrimination or prohibited high-impact decisions without required safeguards.
• Generating or distributing content intended to facilitate serious unlawful activity.
• Submitting data the user lacks authority to process.
• Using the Services for prohibited deceptive impersonation or fraud.
• Systematic extraction of Outputs to recreate or compete with the Services, except as expressly permitted.

4. Enforcement

Provider may investigate suspected violations and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or comply with law.

5. Reporting

Suspected abuse may be reported to security@trivas.ai.
